Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your order, here are the return conditions that apply.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, which governs these terms.)

Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be accepted for return
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for a faulty product or an error on our part

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products unsealed after delivery — in particular sheet masks — cannot be returned once opened.

Return process

To start a return, contact our customer service at contact@aevelis.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you shipping instructions within 48 business hours.

The product must be sent back within 14 days of your notification.

Refund

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Faulty products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately with a photo of the product and the packaging. We cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
