At Aevélis we state our delivery times clearly before you buy. Here's everything you need to know.

By placing your order, you expressly agree to a delivery date of up to 45 calendar days from order confirmation.
Order processing
Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
Shipping costs
Costs are calculated based on your order and destination, and shown before payment. Free shipping on orders over €50.
Order tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.

Why these delivery times?
Our products ship from our international partner warehouses. These times reflect the real transit duration. We'd rather tell you honestly than make a promise we can't keep.
My parcel is late — what should I do?
Contact us at contact@aevelis.com. If delivery doesn't take place within a reasonable additional period, you may cancel the contract and be refunded within 14 days. Customers in the European Union benefit from the statutory rights set out in the French Consumer Code, which governs these terms.
